another year, another holiday season

November 20, 2012 |  Category:   life the biz

What a weird month. The last 2 weeks just flew by. Did it for you too? Mark has been scrambling to catch up for the last 2 weeks and I’ve been really busy with the calendars (SO many calendars! Thank you!). And now, all of a sudden, it’s the holidays. Even though we lost power at the kitchen for “only” 7 days, I feel like it set us back behind schedule for 3 weeks, mostly because so many other businesses and mail delivery was set back too and we were waiting on some things to get our new holiday products in motion. Now we’re scrambling to get ready for the holiday season which is now (!). We never know how the holidays will go for us. This year already feels a little different, maybe because of the storm. I feel like it will be less crazy? But that remains to be seen. So we just prepare, stock up on supplies and go along for the ride…

In the same way that witches and ghosts used to scary me in my childhood, that’s what colour charts do to me now. Too many attempts&fails when I was almost sure:)
My first thought when I saw the photo.
    Good luck with work!

I am often more productive when I have to scurry — I hope you do tons of business! I am dying for the day you announce that your Earl Grey Hot Chocolate is available for order…

Hang tough. Our shipment arrived right on time and we cannot be more excited to share it all with our customers on Friday. They’ve already been calling and begging to buy early 😉
