My thoughts exactly. So so sad.
i volunteer daily in my daughter’s kindergarten class. when the news broke out i tried to stay calm but i lost it once i saw my daughter….i held her and hugged her tightly. i feel so so sorry for the poor babies and their parents. my heart goes out to them.
So sd. There must be something good somewhere in this day. I hope is something for those in Connecticut. God Bless Them
Too many weapons in America. I can’t not understand why a middle age woman has 3 guns at home…..
So sad….
Hearing the stories of the brave teachers hiding, guarding and comforting their little students helps. Mr. Rogers always said to look for the helpers when a disaster strikes, there were whole town full of helpers that day.
How many shootings and deaths will be necessary before action against weapons legislation (lack of) and culture is taken in the US, I wonder. It’s hideous, and it’s even worse to think that it will probably happen again.
As a teacher I’m so moved by those who are doing their best to comfort those who lost their children and loved ones. I can’t stop thinking about Miss Soto and her courage…
