Sure, why not. These were on the menu for a fundraiser party Mark catered tonight. I haven’t tried them yet as I am still on my sugarfast (this is day 7, I’m trying to go for 2 weeks) but he did save me a few that are being stored in the freezer once I’m done. Can’t wait to try!

Mark’s made lavender cheesecake -they used to be on the menu for Mother’s Day at the Boathouse every year I believe. It had blueberry sauce -a nice combo.

I gave up sugar six years ago. Congratulations, the first week is the absolute hardest thing I’ve ever done. The Cheesecake lollipops look amazing. I’m never tempted by the candy I used to eat. But I still dream about beautiful baked goods.

Also, how very wise of Mark to put dessert on a stick! So easy for the people at the event to have something delicious to eat and a cocktail in hand. He’s a clever one!

And good for you for not caving, Jenna! Sugar will always be around. ๐Ÿ™‚

rifferraff, We don’t do catered events that often. It takes a lot of time and usually he doesn’t have the time to do it. This event was a friend’s event – most was savory food actually.

These look amazing! Congrats on the sugar-free willpower. I’ve gone completely sugar free for a few weeks at a time whenever I need to seriously cut back. Once it’s over it’s so much easier to eat a tiny square of good chocolate and not go back for more
