domestic life in a borrowed house

August 20, 2009 |  Category:   life travels

I’ve played more monopoly the past few days than I care to count. And I don’t even like monopoly.

I love when Claudine asks for a nap, which she has done every afternoon we are home.

Mia saids she doesn’t want to go back to Brooklyn.

Brooklyn, indeed, does seem far away, but Claudine says she doesn’t want to live here. “I like Brooklyn. I saw a Chihuahua the other day”.

Today you made my day with the picture of the slippers. What a pity that Claudine´s Havaianas didn´t fit in her foot. After certainty I will guarantee another pair for her in the right number. Thanks for taking this picture and sharing in your blog! 🙂

Claudia, thanks again for the Havianas. Claudine can wear them, but just not for very long as they fit her foot exactly, but as I’ve mentioned, she just loves carrying them around. so funny!

Amanda, the bag is from Francesco Biasia and I got it on zappos a few years ago. I decided that I didn’t want to carry diaper bags anymore after claudine was born, so I used this and have been carrying it everyday since it is roomy for the kids stuff I have to still carry. It also fits my laptop (snugly).
