no one right path

September 23, 2010 |  Category:   life

Super busy here on tight deadlines and extreme lack of sleep. A few thoughts though:
There is not one right path for everybody.
It’s good to questions things.
The answer is not always black and white.
If you set out to please everybody, you’ll fail miserably.
Sharing is good.
It’s a little bit uncomfortable to contemplate the advice and comments from total strangers, but if you’re open to it, you might learn something about yourself.

Great summary Jenna. I always remind myself to “live in the grey” meaning, life isn’t quite as black and white as we like to think it is.

    Good thing to hear.
My husband and I just got married and we are both ready to move on from where we are and do something with ourselves but we arent sure what that is. It is hard sometimes to take such a big leap when it is so uncertain how it will turn out for you. And there are so many different pressures you face in that decision too.
Actually, I have been thinking of how wonderful it would be to be a pastry chef…mostly because I could actually eat what I make. But you all make it look fabulous too even though I know it can be tough hours in the food business.
Maybe that is what I will do though!
