Which means there are no more babies in the house. Of course Claudine will always be my baby, but when they’re 2, you can’t really say they are babies anymore. She’s talking in sentences, wants to do most things herself and is so so funny. I am secretly mourning the fact that she’s a full fledged toddler because I am such a baby person, but at least I can pull out my favorite old pictures of her like the sappy parent that I am. And now, onward…
When my kids were little and had a B’day, I always took the day off from work, kept them home from daycare and later school, and we celebrated their births all day and night long. I still cry around the hour of their births on their B’days (24 and 20 years ago, now), but there are such real joys all the way along as they grow that I can only celebrate it all, still.
Happy C’s Birthday to you all!
These are gorgeous pictures. I love her traditional dress picture!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEET CLAUDINE!!!!!
Really wish that I could be there with you guys.
Big hugs and kisses to C and M.
she’s a real looker
somehow, she doesn’t look like either you or Mark (not that the two of you are not lookers), but Miss C is gonna grow up to be a beauty
Happy birthday Claudine!
She’s so cute and her dress is lovely.
She’s like a little sweet piece of candy and I wish I was there to eat her up! Give her a big nuzzle from me. And Mia, too…what a nice older sister she seems to be.
