fall, where you at?

It’s Fake! Summer! in NYC right now. It’s not just that the temps are warm, it’s also unseasonably humid which is pissing everyone off right now. But you know, it’s the end of September and no matter how warm it is, everyone’s trying to ignore it by convincing themselves that Fall is really here and consuming as many pumpkin products out there. Like these Pumpkin Ginger Sandwich Cookies, which are again making their seasonal appearance. You can buy them here or here.

Also new in our shops is the Brooklyn Market Cookie, which you guys helped name. These are smaller, more petite versions than the big ones we sell at the markets, but you can now finally get your own shipped right to you. Cookie season is back! Fall is here! (not).

ps. that brooklyn bottle btw is by Elyssa Ettinger.

That’s pretty funny. For us in Sydney, it’s the other way around! Spring is meant to be here but it’s ridiculously cold and wet at the moment. Weather’s all confused these days….
My goodness those cookies look good – do you ship overseas!?

I don’t know what happened to fall here in PA, but summer is back here as well. I’m not happy about it. These cookies brighten my day and get me revved back up for fall!

Fall is in the Seattle area with high winds, power outages, and rain alternating between heavy mists and downpours. Clouds are in the trees and it’s wet; the wet squishy wetness that will linger until July 5 next year.

Yum. I need to try these Market Cookies. Today is a cookie devouring day, once I put the a/c on to battle humidity.

I remember my first week in NYC, which was the first week of October, was so insanely hot and humid I kept thinking “what have I gotten myself into??”. I was running around to job interviews in pants and button-downs. Blech. But once Fall comes, oh man, it will be glorious. Jealous of that.

I am so sad you don’t ship to Canada. I’ll have to order some before my next trip to visit family in Seattle. ๐Ÿ™‚

We too have been experiencing an extended summer here in Winnipeg. It’s not humid or overly hot, but it’s warm. It’s okay though… as long as I can still wear *some* of my favourite fall clothes..
