Oh man, I am so glad that the humidity broke last night. We were turning on the AC, not because it was too hot in the apartment, but because the humidity was reading above 60% indoors (I have a humidity gauge – one of the many things I have OCD with).
But today was a clear and beautiful day, the way September ought to be in New York. I was even a little chilly with the windows open last night and had to pull up an extra blanket.
All this to say, when the humidity and temperatures drop, our Pumpkin Ginger Sandwich Cookies return! So have no fear, dear customers who have emailed and tweeted at us asking if they would make their yearly appearance. They are indeed, back in the shop, both on our website and in our Etsy shop, yeehaw!
they look incredibly delicious, yumm..
xx
I wish you delivered overseas….!
The leaves have started falling in London and after a warm weekend, it’s gotten cooler today. My little boy just turned one and I’m due back at work soon and it really does feel like the start of a new “season”. I think it’s great that you have this tradition – bringing out these seasonal cookies this time each year.
I really enjoy reading your blog – hearing about the business, your family, the kids growing up and just your thoughts in general. Thanks for sharing.
oh yum….and so pretty too!
Oh YUM.
My husband and I are the same way about the humidity etc! We have a gauge that does indoor and outside, it is AWESOME. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003OSSH9G/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00
Are they life size? 🙂
THESE LOOK AMAZING!!!!!!
Ha! I’m also OCD about humidity. These cookies look pretty mouth watering but alas, I live in Spain where I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to find these. Meh!
I wish we could get hold of these in Sydney – I am lusting after them! Yum. Yum. Yum!
Excellent blog. Thumbs up!
